Payment terms:
We accept following payments:Credit or debit cards,e-check,Paypal,money order,cashiers checks,checks(must clear before we ship),moneybookers.com,bank draft,cash,etc.Please ask us advance if you need some other form of payment to make.If buyer doesn´t provide direct payment with order,we will send afterwards invoice with payment instructions for paypal,credit cards,check or bank payment.We hold unpaid order for few days than return items back for sale.
We DO NOT collect or store buyers secrete card informations ! The whole payment procces made by card is provided by paypal or 2checkout.com on secure servers.
Shipping terms
We provide shipping by registered airmail since it´s only one reasonable way to ship promptly and for acceptable costs.DHL,UPS and simillar are very expensive from our destination,but upon request we can arrange it although my opinion is that it´s useful to do it.Registered mail is very reliable service.
Usualy we ship at least once a week on Friday,due to bussines trips some delay is available,but in most situation we do our best to provide shipping maximum within 10 days from the day when order was received or approved.Please calculate in certain situations is not possible to ship parcel immediately.Thanks for understanding.
In most situations shipping fee which is calculated during order is price you will be charged by us.For dealer orders or some larger quantity it may varry little bit.If you feel,that shipping costs are not correct,please simply provide order without direct payment,we will check your items and confirm final price shortly to you.
Refund policy:
We offer refund less shipping costs if material is safely shipped back and received by us within 30 days.Items must be exactly in same conditions,not damaged and carefuly packed.We recommend that you inform us via email if you plan to request refund.
Tax and custom fees responsibility
Customers outside EU comunity are responsible for any import fees,taxes and related charges.
David Kalat-Minerals is VAT registered subject (id.nr CZ7101122853),customers from EU comunity are charged 19% tax on all items from this shop.Customers outside EU comunity and customers with valid VAT number are charged no tax.
